委托看房协议书

一、甲方委托乙方提供房源、带领看房。
二、乙方本次提供的房源座落于：

三、甲方确认，未曾接受过第三方对上述房屋提供的看房服务。
四、甲方承诺，如与卖方成交，须向乙方交纳房屋成交价____的佣金。
五、如果甲方及其亲属直接或通过第三人与卖方私下成交，应当向乙方缴纳房屋成交价（或评估价）3%的佣金，同时给乙方赔偿贰万元违约金。
六、甲、乙双方共同声明，本协议的“甲方”，包括签约人及其亲属或与签约人有关的实际成交者。
七、本协议自双方签字盖章之日起生效，有效期两年。
八、甲、乙双方若有争议可协商解决，协商不成可向乙方所在地人民法院提起诉讼。
九、本协议一式两份，甲、乙双方各执一份。
